A product with a huge legacy of success – selling 22 million units between 1995 and 1997 – the new improved version is set to make a mark with an entire new audience (and some hankering after memories past).
Sky Dancers have been reimagined from the ’90s classic, maintaining the same magical play to captivate a new generation when they take flight. The updates include modernised outfits more suited to the fashion tastes of today. Fuchsia Fantasy, Coral Cutie and Purple-Licious will make their return in July.

We’ve had a great reaction from customers so far and are excited to showcase the range further at Toy Fair. The launch plan will be targeted at parents ready to relive some nostalgia and inspire new memories for children as they watch their Sky Dancer take flight!”
A planned marketing campaign includes TV and digital promotions alongside a celebrity launch event, which aims to drive brand awareness at a location to be unveiled, while a PR push will tap into the nostalgia of now-parents who played with the dolls when they were kids.
Each Sky Dancer comes with a decorated launch base. Simply pull the string to set them into flight, and then marvel as they flutter back down in style.
