Children’s jigsaw puzzle company Nujig brought its first puzzle to market this year and is busy expanding its range. The firm, which was founded in Cambridge in 2014 by Jez Brook, will soon launch puzzles targeted at youngsters up to the age of 14. Nujig has its sights on older puzzlers too and is driven by technology to explore new and exciting ways to enrich the puzzling experience.
Suitable for children aged three-plus, the robust pieces feature nine zones connected by playful links and colourful characters. The company says: ‘It’s designed to get children thinking and talking straight out of the box: tip out the pieces and start your adventure! Educational associations build on skills such as phonics and dexterity and, most importantly, the creative build method is great fun. Alongside the striking design and enchanting zones, the magic of Nujig wooden jigsaw puzzles’ build method lies in the connections.’
The finished puzzle size is 300mm x 300mm and there are 21 pieces in total including nine zones, 12 connections and 24 links.
