Exhibitors hail Toy Fair 2026 a resounding success

As the doors to a busy and buzzy Toy Fair 2026 close, more than £65,500 is raised for charity through the Toy Trust Media Auction

The curtains have closed on Toy Fair 2026, with exhibitors widely reporting the show to be one of the best for both quality and quantity of visitors in recent years.

Alongside the core business of buying and selling products, the show also provided plenty of opportunities to celebrate the people and products that make the toy industry special – from the Toy Industry Awards for suppliers and retailers, to the Hero Toy Awards, which recognise 30 of the most innovative toys showcased by exhibitors.

More than £65,500 was also raised for charity through the Toy Trust Media Auction, supported by Toys n Playthings. The 2026 auction saw airtime, print and digital media slots generously donated by leading children’s media channels resulting in more than £100,000 of media space to bid for.

The Media Auction was live throughout Toy Fair, with final bids being placed via auction boards which remained on display in the BTHA Member’s Lounge on the Upper Gallery of Olympia.

Toy Trust Committee Chair, Christine Nicholls, said: “Our thanks as always go to the Toy Trust’s generous media partners for their continued support, as well as Jeff Taylor and Matt Smith for their hard work and dedication in securing this year’s media items. I’d also like to thank my industry colleagues for their generous bids, which have got our 2026 fundraising off to a magnificent start and will help us in our quest to support even more UK children’s charities this year.”

From all at Toys n Playthings, thanks to all the exhibitors and visitors who made Toy Fair 2026 one to remember.
