Following Juratoys’ acquisition by Maped in 2022, its UK subsidiaries are merging to streamline operations and unify their market presence
Maped Helix and Juratoys UK, the UK subsidiaries of Maped Juratoys, are to officially merge this month in a move designed to streamline operations, enhance service delivery and create a more unified presence in the UK market.
The newly merged company will operate under the name Helix Trading Ltd., with no disruption to services and a seamless transition for customers. Employees from both organisations will also benefit from expanded opportunities and a stronger support network.

The merger brings together Maped Helix’s long-standing heritage in stationery with Juratoys’ expertise in toys and games, underpinned by a shared commitment to creativity, education and sustainability.
