Paladone has been busy building its new range in partnership with the Lego Group, and will unveil the launch range at Nuremberg and New York toy fairs
Paladone and the Lego Group have unveiled the first glimpse of their collaborative merchandise range set to be unveiled at Spielwarenmesse and New York Toy Fair in early 2026.
The tooling and manufacturing process has now kicked off for all 25 licensed products in the line. Products include games and gifts, lighting, homeware, and drinkware, with many of Paladone’s sub-brands represented such as the ever popular Icon lights, GloBuddies and PopDecks.
“I’m genuinely excited to be working with the Lego Group to bring this initial range to market – and for all the future products we have planned,” said Jez Jewkes, Paladone’s Head of Creative. “For me, this launch is all about celebrating the most iconic bricks, minifigures, and elements in a way that appeals to everyone – kids and kidults alike. At Paladone, we’ve always focused on bringing brands to life, and that’s exactly what we’ve done here. These products feel like they’ve been lifted straight out of a Lego set and transformed into lights, alarm clocks, mugs, and more.”
Considerate pricing has also been a big part of the development roadmap so all budgets can being catered for, from impulse through to premium level purchasing behaviours. To ensure maximum end-consumer visibility and impact, a strong online and offline B2C marketing strategy will support the range throughout 2026 and beyond in addition to development of fun and unique POS retail merchandising solutions to enhance in-store displays.
Chris Gib, Global Head of Marketing, who has recently returned from the Lego Group HQ in Billund, Denmark, said: “We are forging strong partnerships with our Lego counterparts across all levels of the business, including product development, marketing and sales, to create a seamless ecosystem that enables Paladone and the Lego Group to bring must-have products to the market at pace, and site Paladone products next to Lego brick sets in physical shops, online and within theme park retail spaces around the world.”
Jez hints that products include 1000 per cent scale Lego brick lights that illuminate when stacked, posable Lego minifigure lights, and wall-mountable torches with interchangeable tops.
Retailers who can’t make it to Paladone’s booths at the Q1 trade shows can experience them at the Lego Group booth instead, or get in touch at info@paladone.com to be taken on a virtual walk-through of the initial offering.
