June is here – Summer’s been here for a while – and TnP is packed with warm and shiny news, views, reviews & interviews, features and so much more.
Las Vegas Licensing Expo and Toymaster’s 2025 May show are heading over the hill. We’ve reviewed both and it’s worth saying that we took some great pics of both the industry people and great product ranges.

Features? You will certainly want to cuddle up to the Plush & Soft Toys one and (apologies, can’t help ourselves) get a ticket to ride on Planes, Trains and Automobiles.
Clare Turner has two retail interviews. Garson Garden Centre in Esher is a good read. It has to be said though that the one with Wendy Hamilton of Helensburgh’s Grasshopper Toy Shop is a must read.

Still on retail, John Ryan looks into the value – or otherwise – of QR Codes, while Charlotte Croser sets out her, and others’, views on what makes for an ideal supplier sales agent.
The Insights Family column is a fascinating extract from its new Licensing 2025 report that was showcased both here and in Las Vegas. It’s a huge intellectual property in its own right.

Did we say Summer’s here? We did and where better to head than the beach? Lyme Regis beach in fact – where Toy Testing Lola and her Mum have fun with the MV Sports Paw Patrol Rollacase.
Enjoy the read.
