Two new members and five returnees bring their expertise to the Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) board of directors
Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) has elected seven accomplished leaders to its board of directors.
These dynamic professionals will serve a three-year term, which began 31 July, 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to WiT’s mission of creating an industry where members can thrive and reach their highest professional goals.
Two new professionals are joining the board: Lisa Orman and Lourdes Arocho. Lisa is founder and President of KidStuff Public Relations, which she launched in 1994. For more than 30 years, she has specialised in children’s products and toys, building strong media and industry relationships that have elevated countless brands. She is a two-time WiT Wonder Woman Award honoree, and also served on the Astra board.
Lourdes is Senior Vice President of Licensing, Consumer Products & Experiences at Paramount, where she oversees global strategy for iconic franchises including PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Yellowstone, and Star Trek. She has led collaborations with partners such as Spin Master, Lego, and Hasbro, and previously held senior roles at Universal Consumer Products and Nickelodeon. With more than two decades of experience, she is a recognised leader in licensing, brand development, and retail strategy.
Five WiT board members are returning for a second term: Anne Carrihill, Director, Category Leader, Toys & Entertainment, Amazon; Julie Gwaltney, Vice President, Tomy International; Leila Nosrati, Licensing and Retail Development Consultant, Master Toy Advisors; Natasha Tous, Principal Coach & Founder, Éclat; and Lisa Whitaker, Chief Trends Officer, LM Whitaker Consulting.
