Bulldog announces multiple licensing deals

With the Bullseye darts game set to return to ITV, Bulldog Licensing, the agent, has announced an impressive boost for the Bullseye brand as it welcomes four new licensees – with many more on the way.

The new licensees are:

Rose Marketing – a company that brings novelty and fun to confectionery, is planning a licensing and brand partnership that will bring Bullseye themed sweets. The first are strawberry-flavoured gummy ‘Bullseyes’ and beer-flavoured gummy ‘Pints.’

Blues Dress-up – is the newest division of apparel collection designer Blues Group. It delivers innovative, market-leading costume collections. The new Bullseye dress-up and d accessories range for the adult market features both Bully and dartboard-themed costumes.

Themed.co.uk – has a range of Bullseye darts board backdrop, wall stickers, full wall murals, prints and LED backlit wall art. Themed is a print-on-demand manufacturer and retailer of licensed wall art and gift products.

Penguin Michael Joseph – has the Official Bullseye Quiz Book, which brings the excitement of the show into homes over three rounds of darts and questions (though players have to supply their own prizes).

“The saying ’You can’t beat a bit of Bully!’ has never been truer than it is today, with the Bullseye TV show reaching new heights and the brand extending its appeal to new licensing categories”

Bullseye first aired on ITV in the 1980s, where it peaked at 19.8 million viewers in its Boxing Day broadcast on in 1989.

The return to ITV follows the success of the 2024 Bullseye Christmas special, hosted by Freddie Flintoff and featuring teenage darts phenomenon Luke Littler.

Bulldog MD, Rob Corney, said: “The saying ’You can’t beat a bit of Bully!’ has never been truer than it is today, with the Bullseye TV show reaching new heights and the brand extending its appeal to new licensing categories.”
