Celebrities, the ubiquitous influencers and contestants from the first hit series of hit TV show The Traitors lined up to mark the launch of the game based on the cult BBC programme from Vivid Goliath.

Attendees, including Tasha Ghouri, Andrew Le-Page, Michelle Heaton, Toby Anstis, Mark Ferris, Jack and Missy Keating had the chance to play the game with, as the company put it, fellow Faithfuls, as well as touring the venue, the London Dungeon, to discover who the real Traitors were.

“We’re delighted with the success of The Traitors Official Board Game launch. We hosted the event at the perfect location which helped create the atmosphere and interactivity to allow guests to thoroughly enjoy immersing themselves in The Traitors experience”

It’s part of Vivid Goliath’s ongoing marketing efforts to support the launch of The Traitors Board Game, which landed in September and is, the company said, currently selling well. The marketing push will continue up to the festive season.

Vivid Goliath marketing controller Chloe Burrowes said: “We’re delighted with the success of The Traitors Official Board Game launch. We hosted the event at the perfect location which helped create the atmosphere and interactivity to allow guests to thoroughly enjoy immersing themselves in The Traitors experience and play the board game against other guests – it did get quite competitive at times! Rubies provided official cloaks that helped add to the atmosphere and allow guests to get into character ready to reveal who were the Traitors of the group. A spooky display of Halloween themed sweets provided by Swizzels added to the evening and filled the goody bags alongside the board game.  The launch event is just the start of activity that will be taking place in the run up to the festive period, with sponsored social media campaigns including footage from the event going live in the next few weeks to help drive sales in what will hopefully be a busy quarter for us.”
