Zuru cuts the ribbon on new central London hub

The central London property houses Zuru’s newest offices and a state-of-the-art showroom – as well as space for a start-up incubator and more

Zuru has cut the ribbon on a new hub housing offices and a state-of-the-art showroom in central London, a major expansion to both its UK and global operations.

The new 14,000 sq ft UK hub includes two floors of bespoke showroom space totalling approximately 10,000 sq ft and featuring 43 individual display rooms. The space features an immersive digital experience, using over 350 individual screens to produce a state-of-the-art display system that was designed and manufactured in-house, and purpose-built for Zuru.

“This is a major step for Zuru,” said Nick Mowbray, Founder and CEO, Zuru Group. “London is a powerhouse of innovation and talent, and opening this showroom puts us right at the centre of it. We’re building these hubs around the world to showcase what’s possible when great product, great thinking, and great partnerships come together. I’m hugely excited to bring Zuru’s energy to London and work even more closely with our partners here. “

Since purchasing the 60,000sqft property in January 2025, Zuru has undertaken a full refurbishment, adding new lobbies, and integrating new amenities such end-of-journey facilities, bike parking, a café area, and enhanced external landscaping.

Dedicated rooms feature Zuru’s top brands, such as Mini Brands, XShot and Bunch O Balloons, as well as Monday Haircare, Daise, Bonkers, Nood Pet food, and Rascals Nappies.

In addition to housing its own teams, Zuru is also creating workspace opportunities for start-ups and New Zealand businesses expanding into the UK, reflecting the company’s origins as a New Zealand start-up. The building will also offer tenancy options for co-working, serviced offices, and private office spaces.
