Tomy’s miniature car brand Tomica accelerates UK roll out

Tapping into kidult collecting market, the brand brings more than 50 years of heritage to independents and select retailers across the country

Tomy is bringing Tomica, Japan’s palm-sized diecast miniature car, to a wider UK audience, tapping into the continued growth of the kidult collecting market.

Following successful pre-sales at select retailers, including Toymaster stores, the range has now expanded to a wider UK audience, tapping into growing interest in collecting, car culture and Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicles. With its detailed castings and strong automotive heritage, Tomica appeals to all ages, offering a natural crossover between traditional toy collecting and the wider adult collector market.
