Toy Trust Christmas Card initiative raises £14,750 for charity

The annual tradition, proudly supported by Toys n Playthings, offers an alternative to sending Christmas cards while raising vital funds for charity

The Toy Trust Christmas Card initiative, proudly supported by Toys ‘n’ Playthings, has this year raised £14,750 for charity.

The scheme gives companies in the toy industry an alternative to sending out Christmas cards to clients while supporting the vital work of children’s charities. Instead, they can donate those funds to the Toy Trust, and send a group thank you to their partners and industry peers through a double-page spread in Toys n Playthings magazine, alongside other trade publications.

The annual tradition is organised by the BTHA and benefits the chosen charities of the Toy Trust, with all proceeds going directly to disadvantaged and disabled children through the work of the industry charity.

Mark Naish, Managing Director of Lema Publishing and Publisher of Toys n Playthings, says: “We are proud to support the Toy Trust Christmas Card initiative each Christmas. It is a long-running tradition that gives us an additional opportunity to contribute to the incredible and inspiring work of the Toy Trust at this special time of year. I’d like to thank all the companies who continue to support the programme and look forward to our favourite festive tradition continuing in 2026.”
