A completely reimagined Thomas & Friends product line centred on the Easy Connect track system will launch alongside the new content
Mattel is today launching a new generation of Thomas and Friends with a special episode entitled Really Helpful Engines hitting Youtube ahead of the series airing on 5’s preschool strand, Milkshake! this autumn.
Thomas & Friends Railway Stories, an all-new animated series, will launch on Milkshake! in early 2027.
The launch marks a comprehensive brand update that celebrates the franchise’s 80-year legacy while introducing a fresh look and feel for a new generation. The relaunch spans original content, refreshed character designs, and the innovative Easy Connect play system with magnetic toy engines created for today’s preschoolers.
