Speaking yesterday on stage at Brand Licensing Europe 2026, Oberschelp said: “We are Skydance. So this is day two and, honestly, it is really, really exciting. Warner Bros. is a division of the larger Skydance organization. I could not be more delighted. I looked at the powerhouse of the IP and the complementary nature of the two studios coming together, and I’m so excited … to be part of that journey.”

Oberschelp was on stage with Johanne Broadfield, Senior Vice President, EMEA, Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products delivering BLE’s day two keynote about the longevity of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone 25 years on.

The third and final day of Brand Licensing Europe 2026 takes place today at Excel London.
