The anniversary celebration will take place at Coventry Transport Museum in early August
Corgi is celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2026 with a special exhibition next month in partnership with Coventry Transport Museum.
The one-day showcase brings together iconic models spanning seven decades, celebrating the pieces that defined their eras while offering visitors a first look at exclusive new products. Whether a lifelong collector, a fan of great British design, or simply curious about a brand that has been a fixture in British homes since 1956, Corgi is inviting all to the event.
Coventry Transport Museum provides a fitting backdrop for the occasion. Home to the world’s largest collection of British road transport in public ownership and sitting in the heart of Coventry city centre, it reflects the rich heritage that Corgi has been part of for seven decades.
Corgi: 70 Years of Making Memories takes place on Friday 7 August 2026, 10am-4pm and is open to all.
