KidAntics partners with Blue Marble to exclusively distribute the US company’s National Geographic STEM range in the UK and Ireland
KidAntics has secured exclusive UK and Ireland distribution for the National Geographic STEM toy range from Blue Marble, marking a significant partnership for the fast-growing distributor.
KidAntics will be responsible for developing the brand across the UK and Ireland, with a strategic focus on national retailers, toy specialists, museums, heritage attractions, garden centres and gift retailers.
The partnership reflects a shared ambition between KidAntics and Blue Marble to grow the brand through a long-term, sustainable approach, supported by strong market knowledge and a passion for discovery-led play.
Sarah Clark, Managing Director, KidAntics, said: “We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Blue Marble on the National Geographic range. It’s an iconic global brand that stands for discovery, learning and exploration, and the opportunity to represent it across the UK and Ireland is a huge moment for us.
“We see significant opportunity for the range across multiple retail environments, from national retailers and toy specialists to museums, garden centres and destination gift stores,” she added. “The strength of the National Geographic brand, combined with hands-on STEM learning, creates a compelling opportunity for retailers.”
The globally recognised National Geographic brand is synonymous with exploration, discovery and education. The award-winning STEM range brings these values to life through engaging, hands-on science kits. Covering key themes such as geology, crystal growing, excavation and scientific experimentation, the range encourages children to explore the natural world while developing curiosity and problem-solving skills through play.
Stephanie Peyret, Managing Director at Firefly, which represents Blue Marble internationally, said: “We are delighted to see this partnership come to life with KidAntics in the UK and Ireland. Their strong retail expertise and clear understanding of the STEM market make them an ideal partner to develop the Blue Marble National Geographic STEM range. We are confident this collaboration will drive meaningful growth for the brand across the region with the shared vision of inspiring curiosity and discovery through engaging, hands-on-play.”
KidAntics plans a multi-channel rollout supported by targeted trade marketing and retail support, with the aim of further growing the presence of the National Geographic STEM range across the region.
