Ahead of the August cinema release of Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, families can shop, play and explore the pop-up in South Kensington
A Paw Patrol pop-up shop has opened at the Natural History Museum ahead of the Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie’s UK cinema release on 5 August.
Paramount Products & Experiences and the Natural History Museum hosted an exclusive VIP celebration event to mark the launch of the time-limited Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie shop in South Kensington.
The event welcomed celebrities, influencers and their families to step into the world of PawPatrol: The Dino Movie through a themed shop and activity space inspired by the pups’ latest big-screen adventure.
Guests, including Myleene Klass and her son Apollo (pictured), enjoyed a first look at the iconic London museum’s pop-up shop, featuring interactive activities, themed moments and opportunities to explore the brand-new experience and shop Paw Patrol products before it opens to the public.
Ruth Henriquez, Vice President of Products & Experiences, Paramount EMEA, said: “PawPatrol resonates with families all over the world, and PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie expands that world in a way that feels fresh, playful and full of discovery, with all the excitement of a big summer release. Our collaboration with the Natural History Museum creates a journey that goes beyond the screen, connecting fans with the world of the film through storytelling, retail and the kind of hands-on adventure that makes the brand so beloved.”
Families can visit the store until 31 August to browse and shop Paw Patrol and Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie products, from Spin Master toys, games and Tonies characters to books, apparel and homeware. Kids can also enjoy Rex’s Treehouse Activity Table with colouring activities, photo opportunities, and the Roar-O-Meter dinosaur challenge.
Claire Bevan, Head of Retail and Customer Contact at the Natural History Museum, added: “At the Museum, we’re committed to creating advocates for the planet, and of course we’re famous across the world for dinosaurs! Fictional franchises can provide a brilliant gateway for curious minds to learn more about the natural world, and we know that Paw Patrol holds a very special place in the enquiring minds of little ones too, so this crossover really is the perfect summer adventure.”
