Mattel has appointed Jessica Kelly as Senior Director, Head of Consumer Products EMEA, effective 1 May.

She succeeds Ruth Henriquez following her recent departure and will lead Mattel’s Consumer Products and licensing business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Jessica joined Mattel in 2018 and has built a strong track record across both local and regional teams, most recently as Senior Director and Country Manager for Poland & Central and Eastern Europe, where she is credited with spearheading a significant transformation of the organisation and its commercial performance.

Prior to joining Mattel, she held roles at Dyson, Marks & Spencer, WHSmith and Blockbuster.

Meredith Norrie, VP & Head of Consumer Products Global, said: “Jessica brings a strong combination of commercial acumen, leadership capability and deep knowledge of Mattel’s brands and markets. Her ability to lead teams through transformation, while building collaborative partnerships makes her ideally positioned to drive the next phase of growth for our Consumer Products business across EMEA.”

In her new role, Jessica will shape and drive Mattel’s regional licensing and category strategy across all consumer product segments, working closely with newly appointed leaders Apostolis Karampatzakis, SVP Core Europe, and Sebastian Trischler VP of PEM.
