The new category-led structure will be helmed by Jessica Kelly, Senior Director of Consumer Products EMEA
Mattel has announced a category-led reshuffle of its consumer products leadership team across EMEA, organised around five key pillars: Softlines; Hardlines; Food/Health & Beauty Aids (HBA)/Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); PEM; and Retail Franchise Activation.
The new structure is designed to deepen category expertise, strengthen collaboration with licensing, retail and commercial partners, and enable a more global approach, whilst helping Mattel and its partners identify and act on new growth opportunities across the region.
The newly appointed Consumer Products EMEA leads are:
• André Moreira as Director, Softline
• Natalie Berling-Noé as Lead, Hardlines
• Kasia Gruszka-Mierzwa as Lead of Food, Health & Beauty and Quick Service Restaurants
• Isidora Tassopoulou as Director, PEM
• Caroline Daget as Lead, Retail Franchise Activation
• Mara Verze as Lead, Direct-to-Retail (DTR
• Eleonora Schiavoni as Lead, Apparel

The leaders will also represent consumer products within their respectivemarkets, helping to ensure the business remains closely connected to the local consumerdynamics, partner needs and commercial opportunities.
