Fans queued from 8am to be among the first to experience the shop-in-shop at Birmingham’s Bullring
KPop Demon Hunters fans were spotted queuing from 8am yesterday as The Entertainer’s brand-new KPop Demon Hunters immersive shopping experience opened at Birmingham’s Bullring.
The new retail experience, created in partnership with Netflix, opened to the public at 11am, giving fans the chance to step inside the world of the streamer’s biggest ever film to discover their favourite characters through an immersive, interactive shopping experience.
Huge queues were pictured ahead of the opening, with shoppers arriving early and crowds gathering over three levels. Customers enjoyed channelling their inner K-Pop superstar with multiple photo opportunities, as well as interactive shopping experiences and product demonstrations.
The new store also features The Entertainer’s extensive range of KPop Demon Hunters products, including toys, games, accessories, scooters and a brand-new collection of homeware.
Announcing the opening earlier this month, Craig Inglis, The Entertainer’s newly appointed Group Chief Customer Officer, said: “The reaction to KPop Demon Hunters has been phenomenal, so to create a dedicated shopping experience at our Bullring store is an exciting moment for us. We want customers to walk in and feel part of that world, whether they’re discovering the products, or simply coming in for the experience.
“This partnership is a great example of how we want our stores to evolve working with innovative partners like Netflix to create exciting experiences, bring much-loved brands to life and give customers even more reasons to visit.”
